I’m Troy Holly,

About Me

I am a junior Mechanical Engineering student at the University of California, Irvine.

Currently, I’m a Propulsion team member on the UCI Rocket Project and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at One-Cycle Control.

In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing and playing jazz drums.

Experience

UCI Rocket Project – Liquids

I’m on the Propulsion team for the UCI Rocket Project, where I work on the feed system and engine for “MOCH4”, our bi-propellant liquid rocket aiming to break the collegiate methalox altitude record.

One-Cycle Control

I am interning at One-Cycle Control, where I design, prototype, and optimize manufacturing processes for power converters used in industrial and defense applications.

Anteater Electric Racing

I was on the dynamics subteam for Anteater Electric Racing (competing in FSAE Electric), where I was responsible for selecting and integrating sensors for the car.

Saddleback College Robotics

I was Team Lead for Saddleback College Robotics, a community college team competing in the University Rover Challenge.
